The Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to help develop the ideas that drive performance across our client portfolio.

This is not a traditional brand strategy role.

This is about understanding what earns attention, what drives action, and what makes people buy.

You'll work across creators, editors, account teams, and clients to develop performance-driven creative concepts designed to win inside today's platform ecosystems.

From identifying trends to building creative briefs to analyzing performance data, you'll help shape the work that fuels growth.

This role
 is contracted with the potential to transition to full time for the right person.


What You’ll Do

Build Winning Creative Concepts

  • Develop creative angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and content ideas that align with client goals.
  • Create concepts designed to drive engagement, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.

Stay Close to Culture

  • Monitor platform trends, consumer behavior, emerging formats, and competitor activity.
  • Identify opportunities before they become obvious.
  • Bring fresh thinking into the creative process.

Turn Insights into Creative Direction

  • Develop clear creative briefs that help creators, editors, and production teams execute effectively.
  • Translate strategy into content that feels native to the platform while staying true to the brand.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner closely with Client Success, Creator Management, Production, and Performance teams.
  • Ensure creative strategy aligns with broader business objectives.

Learn from Performance

  • Analyze content performance and identify patterns that inform future creative direction.
  • Understand why content succeeds — and why it doesn't.
  • Use data to improve creative decisions over time.

Shape the Future of the Business

  • Support pitches, proposals, and strategic recommendations for prospective clients.
  • Contribute ideas that help differentiate third in the market.


What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, social media, performance marketing, UGC, or copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform-native content.
  • Experience developing creative concepts designed to drive measurable results.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to balance creative instincts with performance data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

$75,000–$85,000 base salary, plus bonus plan
